Trees & Shrubs Affected by a Freeze

It may be way too early to know if your trees and/or shrubs will be affected by freezing weather. If you do have broken branches or limbs, it would be ideal to have them removed. Otherwise, patience and continued observation will be the key. Do not rush to remove shoots and branches that appear to be dead, it will be best to see how the trees and shrubs leaf out in the spring months. Should you suffer loss to trees and/or shrubs and need to ask for an extension for the removal and/or replacement of any tree and/or shrub, please contact acc@essexhoa.com to submit a request for extension.

Please remember that an application for modification is required prior to making any modification, installation, or change of any kind.
