The purpose of this meeting is to approve a Loan from Our Country Homes to the Association and to allocate approximately $153,000 from the Reserve Fund to the Operating Account for current Infrastructure Projects in Progress.

The Resort at Eagle Mountain Lake Homeowners Association, Inc. is pleased to announce that a Virtual Election Meeting of the Members has been tentatively scheduled for Wednesday, April 19th, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. The purpose of the meeting will be to announce the three (3) Class A Member elected by ballot to the Board of Directors. Please take a moment to review the notice, draft agenda, proxy, and ballot on the Association’s website at www.theresortateaglemountainlakehoa.com. The Candidacy Statements can also be reviewed online under the “Annual Meeting Materials” tab.

Please Note: Floor Nominations or Write-in Candidates will not be accepted for this virtual meeting. No online voting, ballots, or proxies will be accepted after the deadline date mentioned below.

If you do not vote online; it is important that your Ballot or Proxy is returned to your Association Manager prior to the Deadline Date of Tuesday, April 18, 2023, by 5:00p.m. in order for it to be counted. The election meeting cannot be held without the proper quorum; therefore, it is important you complete and return the proxy, in the event that you are not able to attend the meeting.

Join us for our 2nd annual Easter Egg hunt April 1st from 2-4pm. This fun event includes the Easter Egg hunt, photos with the Easter Bunny and Easter basket drawing. Kona Ice will be here serving frosty treats from 2:30-3:30.
