Taylor Morrison is building a model home outside the South Gate off of Morris Dido Rd. At the Declarant’s expense the south gate will move back for this Taylor Morrison new model home location for at least the next 3 years.

The model home to be built and be opened in July 2017.Taylor Morrison is purchasing 55 lots in the community and will start off by building 3 spec homes, and hopes to sell 24 homes a year on the Island and it this part of the Association.

FACTS

• The model will be open 7 days a week.
• The price range of the homes will be $350-$650K.
• The Declarant will pay the expense of move the gate back and then back to original location.
• The Golf club will be moving the black tee box that is in that area.
• The south gate will be set back for at least 3 years while builder is selling houses.
• The parking lot will be made out of crushed granite
