The weather has been unusually warm which has led to a lot of outdoor activities. There are some empty lots throughout the community that are owned by an individual or a Builder and are private property. These lots should not be utilized for any recreational activity of any kind.

Lots of great projects are scheduled for The Resort at Eagle Mountain Lake in 2017! To start off, we will be repairing the road at the front entrance. This work will begin February 13th and will be completed around February 18th.

Taylor Morrison is building a model home at the South Gate. At the Declarant’s expense the south gate will move back temporarily for this new model home location. It will take 4-6 weeks for the model home to be built and be opened. The parking lot will be made out of crushed granite.
