Recently, the Association became aware of some repair needs for the front fountain. A preliminary inspection has indicated that major repairs are needed and due to the anticipated cost of these repairs, multiple bids must be obtained to ensure quality repairs at the best possible price. Once a bid is accepted the repairs will be scheduled and the work performed. We will post periodic updates as more information becomes available.
