Proxy Ballots Bulletin # 5

All Residents Who Are Using Proxy Ballots Please Note That You Must Sign, Date, and Return Your Proxy by 5pm on October 13th
Please remember that If you are in possession of one or more signed proxies and have not yet returned your Proxy Ballot(s). Do not use USPS. Here are some of the choices you have for returning your proxy:
1. Scan your signed Proxy Ballot(s) and email to: proxies@essexhoa.com or tjackson@essexhoa.com
2. You may Fax your signed Proxy Ballot to: (469) 342-8205 ATTN: Tameka Jackson.
3. You may assign your signed proxy to another Resort lot owner and ask that they submit it for you within the deadline of 5pm October 13th.
