Boat Dock Damage

Essex is aware of the damage to the boat dock and boats due to the recent storm. The insurance company has been contacted and the insured is currently waiting for the insurance adjuster to complete his review and inspection of the area. Once we have received word the adjuster has completed his inspection the cleanup will begin.

Front Gate Arms

The front gate arm(s) were set to be repaired last week however, the work has been placed on hold while consideration is given to recent requests to transition from gate arms to automatic gates. The request is currently under review and updates will be provided as soon as they are made available. Thank you for your continued patience in this matter.

New Property Manager

Essex Association Management has recently added a new Property Manager to its team. Kim Musser will be assisting in the management responsibilities for The Resort and effective this week she will office onsite from the guard house two days per week. Kim brings with her an impressive set of skills and experience in the property management field and we are confident she will be a huge asset to the community. She will be working closely with the Board of Directors, Advisory Committee, and others to address current as well as future needs of the Association. We look forward to being able to introduce Kim to the community at the next meeting.
