To allow homeowners more time to submit their Candidacy Forms for the upcoming Election Meeting, the CALL FOR CANDIDATES has been Extended one (1) Week and the Annual Meeting has been rescheduled to November 13, 2020. Anyone interested in serving on the Board has until Thursday, October 29, 2020 at 5:00 pm to submit their Candidacy Forms. Please note: The Class “B” Control period shall remain in effect until the Declarant no longer owns record title, or lien interest in any Lot.

As managing agent of The Resort at Eagle Mountain Lake Homeowners Association, Inc., we are pleased to announce that a Telephonic/Online Annual Election Meeting of the Members has been scheduled for October 29, 2020. The purpose of the meeting will be to elect three (3) members to the Board of Directors.
Attached you will find the Call for Candidates and the blank Candidacy Form. If you would like to nominate yourself or another Member as a candidate for the Board of Directors, please complete the form and return it to Ashlyn with Essex Association Management via Email, Regular Mail, or Fax by or before the deadline. Due to the meeting being held telephonically (online), floor nominations and write-in candidates cannot be accepted during the meeting. In order to ensure that the candidate name is placed on the ballot, the Association must receive the completed Candidacy Form no later than Monday, October 19, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. Click Full Story for more information.

As the Fourth of July approaches the Board of Directors wanted to ensure all residents are adhering to the rules and regulation set forth in your Association’s Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (“CC&R’s”). The discharging of firecrackers and other fireworks in The Resort are prohibited as stated in Exhibit D Section 8.9(f) of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions and violators are subject to a $1000 fine per fireworks violation and loss of community privileges.
